"Working with Lindsey has helped me heal relationships I didn't realize were burdening me so much in my everyday life. She has a great balance of being gentle and understanding, making you laugh, and leading you to see the hard things you weren't quite allowing you to see for yourself. She has given tangible tools that I still use to this day, and has often sent me articles / worksheets she thinks will be useful for me in my healing journey. I am so grateful I found Lindsey. She has changed my life for the better and her work with me has been invaluable. "

"Lindsey creates a comfortable space to feel safe to talk. She is very knowledgeable about resources and coping skills for anxiety, and has a sense of humor that makes talking about the tough things easier. "

"Lindsey has been such an incredible support for me over the past two years. She has helped me navigate many different issues, from pregnancy and motherhood to perfectionism and anxiety. I always look forward to our sessions, and I can count on Lindsey’s compassion and wisdom to help guide me through whatever challenges are coming up in my life. Lindsey is an excellent therapist and I would recommend her to anyone!"

"I am so appreciative that my first experience with therapy is with Lindsey! I have been seeing her for almost a year and I have grown significantly in my ability to recognize, acknowledge and cope with my anxiety and depression. Lindsey creates an open, genuine and comfortable environment to share and learn. Her ability to listen, validate and find solutions has been essential to my change and growth. Lindsey is honest, direct, real, caring and genuine. She uses humor to make difficult conversations approachable. Lindsey remembers key details of each session and uses every minute of time to focus on the topics I have identified as important. After each time we talk I feel a better sense of control, comfort and direction. I have not only been able to verbally process with Lindsey but also she has given me tangible skills and resources to try which have proven to be beneficial. If you are looking for the purest form of humor, thoughtfulness and human-human support, Lindsey would be a perfect match to help you in your journeys."

"I started working with Lindsey earlier last year when I was going through an interesting phase with anxiety and depression. Working with Lindsey helped me navigate through some of the unaddressed instances from the past which lead to the phase. Through the sessions and her useful navigation techniques she helped me break those instances down and helped me overcome those life scenarios one at a time. I feel better equipped to actually address those situations more real time after working with Lindsey."

"Lindsey listened to both parties in our therapy sessions. She quickly understood the problems and points of view of each person. She remained neutral, respectful, and did not "take sides." She supported both of us.vShe is wise and insightful and quick to understand situations, based on expressed as well as implied issues. She asked questions, allowing each of us to clarify our issues, emotions, challenges, and successes in the relationship. Lindsey sometimes asked if each of us felt a certain way and then proceeded based on the person's agreement or disagreement with the statement. When I was reluctant to speak up, she suggested how I might feel and asked if this was accurate. She helped me by modeling effective behavior in our relationship conflicts. I learned from this and grew in my ability to speak up. Lindsey provided guidance to each of us for a better relationship. I am grateful for Lindsey's professional therapy."

"Lindsey has a way with taking my often-jumbled explanations of my anxieties and troubles and putting them into words that instantly click with me. We work together to come up with concrete strategies and tools that are truly helpful. The thing I appreciate most about Lindsey is that even through purely virtual sessions, she's somehow honed in on who I am at my core, and works with me within my own values, traits, and way of thinking. I am so thankful for finding Lindsey when I did, and for her help and support over the last 18 months!"

"Therapy has changed my life. I was consistently full of anxiety and unable to interact in social situations that a lot of people would consider normal interactions. In the past year Lindsey has helped me realize my potential. I am more vulnerable and self-aware than I have ever been. I look at situations differently and can now put myself out there without the fear of rejection and/or failure thanks to her help. I am also able to deal with everyday situations much better due to practices she has given me to lower my stress level throughout the day. I was a little hot headed in certain situations in the past but now I am able to recognize my triggers as they are happening leading to a much calmer and clear-headed interaction. The anxiety isn't completely gone but it doesn't have control of my life anymore. I wish I had found therapy earlier in life. I feel therapy gets a bad reputation and believe it should be part of everyone's life from an early age on. Lindsey is a friendly person who is very considerate, extremely knowledgeable and patient. If you are thinking about therapy, I highly suggest it and if you need advice on who to see, Lindsey has been amazing to work with."

"We came to Lindsey at a challenging time in our marriage and she was able to help us navigate some very tricky waters with much success. Her empathy skills are so helpful, but beyond that she was willing to ask the tough questions and give us strategies for getting past repetitive patterns. We are very grateful to Lindsey for all that she has been able to offer us and would be happy to recommend her to other couples who are in crisis or in need of helpful feedback."

"Lindsey makes me feel both heard and understood. She gives me the space to work through things at my pace but also asks thoughtful questions at the right time to challenge me. She recalls specific and important details from prior discussions that help me to connect the dots to find clarity, closure, new opportunities, etc. She has a warm and laid-back style that invites me to be myself and share very personal thoughts so I can achieve greater growth and self love. Bringing a cheerful and comic element to our sessions, Lindsey creates a supportive environment to do this difficult work. I always leave knowing or understanding something better than I did before and wanting to continue the conversation."

"I've worked with a few therapists and I feel like I've found such a good match with Lindsey. She has such an open and inviting presence, and makes me feel so comfortable. She is great at helping me work through my anxiety and issues as they come up - I really look forward to our sessions, and I always sign off feeling like a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. Highly recommend!"

"I found Lindsey at a time when I had a very low view of myself and was struggling not to be ruled by perfectionism. Throughout the last 10ish months together, I've recognized challenges as opportunities for growth and learned how to manage my perfectionistic tendencies. I feel like a lighter, better version of myself and genuinely look forward to our open and judgment-free sessions each week."

"The therapy process is a powerful opportunity to deepen awareness, heal from past hurts, and cultivate grounded self-acceptance and peace. During times of uncertainty and a season of loss, Lindsey walked along the path with me as a supportive mentor with her warm and humor-filled therapeutic style. I feel incredibly grateful for the wisdom she shared and her kind presence while I navigated the ups and downs of adulthood. Through this journey, I have strengthened my ability to rely on my own inner resources and resiliency, and I have reconnected with the beauty and gentleness of simply being."

"When looking for a couples therapist we wanted to find someone with whom both of us "clicked." We found that in Lindsey and much more. She is obviously a seasoned therapist. She has clearly helped many other couples, and was never caught without a suggestion of what we might try. We tried a few things she suggested and we made a little progress. Then there was an aha moment for me. With her guidance I found a change in my attitude was a key factor in success. Acceptance of personal faults came into focus for me. It was like night and day. I became willing to change, and our relationship has thrived. Our progress continues to evolve, but there is more outright love in our lives. I am most grateful to Lindsey for her warmth, deep understanding, resourcefulness and willingness to listen deeply. I couldn't ask for more."

"It was a comfort getting to know Lindsey. She made it easy to begin a discussion of the things that were causing trouble for us as a couple. Lindsey has given us really useful tools to help understand and resolve our issues. She is also very good at gently keeping us focused on the core of what we're dealing with, and is very observant of aspects that were not apparent to us. Lindsey is a patient, skilled and compassionate therapist who has made the difference for us."

"I began working with Lindsey after a very difficult and traumatic experience. Lindsey is affirming and supportive, but also offered novel perspectives and challenged me when I was engaging in thought processes that weren't helpful. I had attempted therapy intermittently previously, but aside from one instance I found it difficult to connect and never had more than two or three sessions with a therapist. I ended up seeing Lindsey for about 8 months and she helped me progress from being extremely depressed and withdrawn to feeling confident enough to step out on my own. Ultimately, working with Lindsey helped me focus on and prioritize what is important to me, while also giving me tools to deal more productively with negative situations and emotions."
